The location was amazing. It was literally opposite the zoo & bus stop. Walking distance to a nice area of shops & restaurants. The hotel was spotlessly clean. The rooms had everything you could need. Breakfast was beautiful & a great selection. The staff were so friendly & helpful, they couldn't do enough for you. We didn't speak a lot of German but the staff didn't make us feel embarrased. The swimming pool was a lovely addition to our stay to relax in.

I stayed there with my wife from November 2-8th, 2022 . I had a 2 day meeting then we stayed for tourism . Excellent perfectly central location to EVERYTHING , Couldn't be a better location . Check-in was smooth & easy as was check-out . Staff at the reception were always very helpful . The young man who carried our luggage for us Bruno was decent and very polite . Reception staff were also very nice at all times . Breakfast is my main meal & it was simply the BEST i have ever had and i travel a lot everywhere ! a perfect 10/10 ! Including those who greet you and the servers ( Ziad i think was his name ? ) . Again , i must stress the location could not be better . I definitely recommend this hotel

It is a comfortable quiet and clean place to stay, with good breakfasts. Everything looks shiny and new, beautiful lighting. I liked it's gym and pool too, because it wasn't crowded at all when I used them. There were some snacks in the room with the smallest fridge I almost didn't know it was there and a huge TV by bed in case anyone needs that. Good work desk and comfortable furniture. If it is raining, there is an umbrella in the closet for you. The location is close to the zoo but not close to historical attractions. You can easily rent bikes or scooters parked everywhere with very low prices in Berlin though.

breakfast buffet was amazing, and helpful staff who were very helpful with my luggage. there is a Christmas market just outside, which was nice. there is a pool I didn’t use but looked very nice.

I went to Berlin from Ireland for my 50th Birthday and I was made feel extremely welcome by the staff. They even upgraded me for free to a suite and sent up a tray up chocolate and strawberries and a glass of bubbly at breakfast ... I unfortunately got a bad cold whilst there but the girl at the bar was welcome each and every day of my 5 day stay with what turned into "my usual" ginger tea. Being so unwell put a big dampener on my trip but the hotel really went above and beyond.. The staff are amazing. So welcoming. I wish had a do over so I could fully appreciate everything without feeling ill. .... The hotel itself is what I would describe as affordable luxury... I am very glad I spent what was a very important occasion there.. If you want affordable luxury in one of the most popular areas (zoo literally across the road) go to Hotel Palace Berlin. I'm glad I did.

Nice location very friendly staff. Had valet parking - that really worked excellent with very excellent staff. Nice pool area, great room. Had lounge acces which was really good. Cleaning was followed up by management just to check if we where satisfied - I haven't experienced this before.
